CHATÔ
Lola Rorato, also called CHATÔ, is a French artist based in Brussels.

As a kid she spent most of her summers at Langogne, a village in the french countryside and the location of her start in painting.
With her older brothers, she discovered street artists and mural painters such as ARYZ and SAINER. Their approach to figurative painting has been influencing her ever since.
For her studies she took many live modelling sessions which made her develop a specific interest for the human figure and what makes the individual body special.

Her work is inspired by the old masters, northern myths and legends, children dreams and symbolic queens.
Over the years CHATÔ broke free from traditional representations and created her own world, full of wizards, jesters, and magic.
After two years working in belgian cafés she has created her project called "CHATÔ AU FEU" where she explores the culinary world.
