CHATÔ AU FEU is my second project . As an avid baker with years of Horeca experience, I created this multi-media ego to explore food design, vegan baking, and experimental fermentations. 
I started documenting some of the fermentation jars that I made with those paintings and then turned them into a leaflet with the thoughts that went into their creation.
